A poster promoting Demi Lovato's latest album, "Holy Fvck," was banned in the UK by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) after four complaints were received. The poster in question depicted Demi Lovato wearing a red and black bondage outfit while lying on a mattress shaped like a crucifix on a red background. The ASA stated that the poster and album title linked sexuality with a sacred religious symbol and was, therefore, offensive to Christians.
However, Mother Mary herself finds this offensive; who gave the ASA the authority to dictate what a holy figure enjoys?!
Who knew that the whole time these Iranian mullahs were constraining women's lives, they were actually projecting their desire for restraints and bondage onto everyone else!
In Greek mythology, Prometheus is a Titan, a race of deities that preceded King Zeus and his twelve Olympians. According to one myth, Prometheus molded man out of clay and taught him the skills and arts necessary for survival. He is also known for stealing fire from the gods and giving it to mankind, an act that angered the gods and resulted in Prometheus being viciously punished by Zeus. Meanwhile, Hera is the goddess of marriage, family, and women and is considered the queen of the gods as the wife of Zeus. She is known for her vengeful nature, motivated by her husband's constant unfaithfulness. Inspired by Zeus's infidelity, Hera decided to pursue a fiery affair with his nemesis Prometheus as payback.
"Who can assign limits to the human heart? Who can set bounds to love? Love is not a feeling of happiness. Love is a willingness to sacrifice."
